This solution is a bluetooth remote patient monitoring solution with a complex hardware interface exchange via bluetooth and cellular radios, as well as, a web-based interactive UI and robust back-end services for a Doctor, patient, healthcare provider and caregiver experience.
MyVitalz™ collects biometric health data from patients at home through the use of Bluetooth medical devices and a 3G cellular Hub that transmits the data in near real time, to our secure cloud. Once the data (blood pressure, heart rate, weight, oxygen, blood glucose and respiratory) reaches the MyVitalz™ cloud it becomes immediately available to the entire care team through a HIPAA secure portal in a dashboard format. Charts, graphs and historical readings assist the care team with decision making and help improve outcomes and patient care.

Worked with myvitalz on gathering requirements and developing the solution. We worked with multiple vendors in developing interfaces to their recording devices (custom and sdk api). Developed a portable, scalable and light weight solution to provide real time feedback to concerned parties.
